Albert J. Betz, CIC, ACI
President
Graduated from Louisiana State University with a degree in Economics. Albert has obtained the professional certification of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) from the National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research and Associate in Captive Insurance (ACI) from the University of Vermont and the International Center for Captive Education. Albert brings thirty four (34) years of insurance industry experience. His first seven (7) years were with F.A. Richard & Associates, Inc. (FARA) specializing in alternative risk financing programs for large complex accounts and since as a commercial insurance broker. Albert holds licenses in Alabama, Louisiana, New Mexico, North Carolina, Mississippi, and Texas. Albert currently serves on the Board of Directors for Associated Risk Managers International, ARM Mid-America, Mississippi Hotel & Lodging Association, and the Pass Christian Yacht Club. He is also actively involved in numerous community organizations and trade associations.
John Mark Rosetti, III, CIC, CMS
Executive Vice President
Graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi with a degree in Management Information Systems. John has obtained the professional certification of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) from the National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research. John was a project manager for 16 years completing over a billion dollars in marine construction projects. John and his wife, Dina currently own Rosetti’s Liquor Barrel, and Rosetti’s Properties, LLC. John has been a licensed insurance agent and producer in the State of Mississippi for 16 years specializing in commercial property and casualty insurance. Serving on numerous Insurance Industry Boards. Community Involvement includes Rotary, Coastal Conservation Association, Bay Area Recovery Team, Bay Waveland Yacht Club, Chamber of Commerce, Youth Sports and Our Lady of the Gulf Catholic Church.
Hutson Lambert
Commercial Property & Casualty Broker
A graduate of Louisiana State University with a degree in History and a minor in Political Science. Hutson served in the United States Marine Corps and Marine Corps Reserves. Hutson brings 30 years of sales, management, and consulting services in the business-to-business industry working with industrial and rental equipment manufacturers across the United States and Canada. Additionally, Hutson has actively run Cajun Connection, a successful full-service catering company. Hutson is a licensed Property and Casualty agent in Mississippi as well as a licensed Life and Health agent in Mississippi, Louisiana and Texas. Hutson is actively involved in a number of trade associations, as well as, a board member and past Commodore of the Pass Christian Yacht Club.
John W. MacGregor
Commercial Property & Casualty Broker
John attended the University of Southern Mississippi studying Business Administration. He has over thirty years Commercial & Property Insurance experience. He started his career as a Commercial Underwriter, achieving the best new business profit vs losses for the Underwriting Unit. For over twenty-eight years he served as Branch Manager and Vice President of Ross King Walker Insurance which later became part of Hancock Bank in Pascagoula, MS. John lives in Gautier, Ms. He has two children and loves fishing and Golf.
Haidee L. Gerald, CRIS, CISR, CSRM, MLIS
Vice President and Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager
Haidee began her insurance career in 2004 at which time she focused most of her time on Owner Controlled Insurance Programs (OCIP’s) and Contractor Controlled Insurance Programs (CCIP’s) for large construction projects. Currently Haidee holds the Construction Risk Insurance Specialist (CRIS) designation from the International Risk Management Institute (IRMI).
Haidee has changed her focus from OCIP’s and CCIP’s to the commercial property and casualty field, and has obtained the professional certifications of Management Liability Insurance Specialist (MLIS) from the International Risk Management Institute (IRMI), Certified Insurance Service Representative Elite (CISR Elite), and Certified School Risk Managers (CSRM) from the National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research.
Helen Kuryan

Helen has over 20 years of management and professional experience with an emphasis in sales, advertising and marketing. Helen holds the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation from the National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research.
Tristan Hill
Personal Lines Account Manager / Claims Administrator
Tristan is a Gulf Coast native and graduated with an Associates of Arts degree from the Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College. She has over 4 years of customer service experience and is currently working on obtaining the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation from the National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research.
Dedi Santos Weber
Customer Service Representative
Dedi is a true native of the Gulf Coast area. She was raised in Biloxi, MS and has resided in the Oceans Springs area while working in Gulfport for the last 20 years. She attended Mississippi State University as an English Literature major and entered the work force as a sales coordinator for tour and travel. She soon found her niche in marketing where she discovered her aptitude for database marketing and analysis. Her multi-faceted experience spans all aspects of marketing, from direct mail to social media management. Dedi is currently working on obtaining her Property and Casualty insurance license as well as her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation from the National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research.
Chastity Caccamisi
Commercial and Personal Lines Account Manager
Chastity is originally from the Memphis, TN area and moved to the Mississippi Gulf Coast five years ago. She holds an Associates of Arts degree from the Southwest TN Community College.
Chastity has over fifteen years of sales experience and over four years of insurance sales experience. She holds licenses in both Property and Casualty as well as in Life and Health insurance.
